Take a look at the Revolution Brewing Anti-Hero, I love the clenched fist sketch on that can! It makes me want to get off the couch and go find something to protest. But it was a long day, so I’m going to sit back down on the couch and enjoy a couple beers.
Going against the Anti-Hero, I’ve got Spiteful Brewing’s IPA. Both of these beers are brewed in the Chicago area, which I’ve been dabbling into more and more as I expand my search for unique brews. Let’s see how it went.

The Spiteful Brewing IPA had a slightly more appealing aroma, but it really separated itself in the taste and finish categories. The can didn’t offer much detail, but there was a finishing flavor that I couldn’t quite pinpoint so I did a little research to see what it was. After digging around on the old computron, I discovered this IPA is brewed with El Dorado hops, which contribute to a citrusy flavor. Whatever the blend, it led to a very nice drinking IPA; thick bodied, bold flavor, with a finishing twist that knocked the edge off the bitterness. I’d definitely recommend it!
